Besucherzentrum Grottenhof

The permanent exhibition “Zeitreise Naturpark Südsteiermark” provides exciting insights into the formation of Southern Styria. From the primeval sea 15 million years ago to today’s unique cultural landscape. Children will get their money’s worth with the giant puzzle, dice game or in the tree cave.

“Honey, the golden wonder of nature” is the title of the special exhibition and provides information about the valuable work of beekeepers.

Only local producers offer their delicacies in a huge selection in the gourmet store, and your purchase can also be gift-wrapped. You can even sample wines at the wine tasting machine before you buy. A four-hectare landscaped park with a large playground, pond, bee and nature trail and traditional farm garden invites you to stroll and linger.
