We make wine. With dedication and great respect for nature. We cultivate our vineyards and press our grapes on the Frauenberg in Bad Gleichenberg. And we do this particularly gently – as was customary centuries ago: with the tree press. This is the only way we can use all our sensitivity and exploit the potential of our grapes.

We not only work by hand during the grape harvest, but also when pressing: Our most important tool, the tree press, which is made entirely of wood, is operated – as it used to be – with pure muscle power. And with a lot of feeling. It takes around twelve hours to complete a pressing process. The pressing pressure is determined by turning the spindle. This requires sensitivity: every variety, every vintage is different. This centuries-old tradition is close to our hearts and is particularly gentle on the grapes. The result is something to be seen – and above all tasted: Wines with depth are created here, in every respect.
