Landgut Riegerbauer

Embedded in the lovely hilly landscape of Southeast Styria lies the historic estate Riegerbauer. Anyone who loves the flair of the south and an informal togetherness will definitely feel at home here. In the spacious studios, urban chic meets comfort, antique furniture meets high-tech amenities. The style in the studios is loft-like and urban. They extend over two floors and have a small kitchenette. All rooms are 70 m² in size. Little guests can play in the garden with a children’s playground. High-speed Wi-Fi is available free of charge. E-bikes and Nordic walking equipment can be rented on-site. Our establishment is certified with the ADFC Bett+Bike certificate. In the restaurant, the chef personally pampers his guests with his creative Styrian cuisine – seasonal, regional, and interpreted in a Mediterranean style. The wine list features not only renowned winemakers but also up-and-coming top wines from the region. In the picturesque surroundings of St. Johann bei Herberstein, explorers will find plenty to discover. Numerous local winemakers with their taverns strengthen tired hikers, and the estate Riegerbauer is also a great starting point for excursions into and around the Feistritztal: Animal World & Castle Herberstein (2 km), Stubenbergsee (5 km), tennis court (500 m), Hartberg (15 km), spa in Bad Waltersdorf (16 km). Running, cycling, and hiking trails begin right at the doorstep!
