Ferienhaus Mooshöf

“Simple, cosy and beautiful” Enjoy the view from the house over the Nature Park Pöllau Valley. The holiday home Mooshöf, which was built around 1900, is a 90 m2 cottage with 3 separate bedrooms and a total of 7 beds. The altitude of 720m invites you to explore the local mountains Pöllauberg or Masenberg by foot. One of the numerous hiking routes leads past the holiday home. This is the ideal starting point for a tour, where you can visit the local Buschenschänke, which serve home-made, local delicacies On the cosy terrace of our house you can create something special on the barbecue for your travel companions. In the cooler evening hours our “cosy” farmhouse parlor with tiled stove is the perfect place to relax with a book or to play board games. Take some time for yourself, sit back and enjoy the tranquility of nature, the lush fields, the beautiful meadows and the fresh air of our forests in the Natuer Park Pöllau Valley. Numerous leisure activities such as tennis, horseback riding, mountain biking, cultural sights such as the Styrian St. Peter’s Basilica and the Pöllau Castle, parks with children’s playgrounds and much more is waiting for you.

Arrival information

Check-in: from 2 p.m. (arrivals after 6 p.m. please with advance notification) Check-out: by 10 a.m. Getting here: Coming from Graz: Take the exit Gleisdorf; then the B54 in the direction Hartberg; in Kaindorf at the roundabout (3rd exit) turn left to go to Pöllau. In Pöllau at the roundabout (Spar) take the first exit towards Pöllauberg; after approx. 1.6 km turn left, go past the Zeil-Dörfl and take the first left after 2.3 km; then follow the route for 1.5 km through the forest to the large, open intersection and turn left to the holiday home Mooshöf (signage on site). After 300 m the house is on the left side. Coming from Vienna: Take the motorway exit Hartberg and follow the signage throught the town Hartberg and onwards to Pöllau. In Pöllau at the roundabout (Spar) take the first exit towards Pöllauberg; after approx. 1.6 km turn left, go past the Zeil-Dörfl and take the first left after 2.3 km; then follow the route for 1.5 km through the forest to the large, open intersection and turn left to the holiday home Mooshöf (signage on site). After 300 m the house is on the left side.
