Dominik FiTZ, Patissier of the Year and master confectioner, runs the family business here with his partner Melanie Böhme in the 5th generation, which has been shining in new splendor in the form of a glass manufactory since 2022. This won the Styrian Vulkanland innovation award in 2023 and is second to none. A transformation of the long-established confectionery trade rethought and implemented!

The view through the glass pane of the production facility provides insights into raw materials and their processing.
