The winemaker Michael is not a winemaker, he lets wine become. Exclusively at the organic vineyard pilwiderstandsfähige wine varieties "PIWI's" are planted out. These varieties experience new ways of gentle cultivation in the vineyards, the abandonment of wine treatment products in the cellar and incidentally open up new wine styles and tastes. Grean & Lounge. Summer or winter, sunshine or rain. At Kobatl it is always nice anyway. One lingers on the cozy Grean or sits in the equally cozy lounge. Many also like to stand at the massive bar made of old pressed wood. With organic natural wines and a meal with organic products, self-produced or from the region, it is already good to endure. Bringing body and soul in harmony. If we succeed in this for our guests, that is our greatest joy.
