In the cycle of nature from origin to perfection. The Retter BioGut is the cradle of Hirschbirn. The RETTER organic farm with its large orchard is located around the RETTER BioGut and the RETTER Bio-Natur-Resort. Sweet organic fruits and organic ingredients for many delicacies thrive here which are lovingly processed into real treats at the RETTER BioGut. Bread and pastries are baked, ice cream produced, distillates distilled, jams boiled down, herbs dried and much more. All these treasures of nature can be tasted, enjoyed and purchased in the BioLaden.

Guided tours and tastings

During a guided tour, visitors are given an insight into the closed food cycle of the RETTER Bio-Natur-Resort and RETTER BioGut. Home-made organic specialties are tasted, including a refreshing drink. Guided tours of the Retter BioGut are available on individual dates for groups of 10 or more.
